Concept
Design
An illustrated big-picture design idea. A concept is what the product could be, in enough detail that everyone can 'get it.' Concepts are typically shown in sets; each concept then represents one possible route the design could take, and stresses particular benefits of the product.
Purpose
- Demonstrate a possible design direction that people can agree on without investing too many resources in figuring it out entirely
